Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your booking with us any time before your scheduled date and time of pickup. This may be done using the Tcab mobile app/website by logging in with your registered credentials or by emailing support@Tcab.com.
However, Tcab maintains a ZERO cancellation policy and this cancellation amount shall be credited to the customer's account.
if your booking is canceled within 4 hrs. of the scheduled pick-up date and time, it shall be treated as a No-Show by the customer No refund shall be applicable in such cases and the entire booking Amount/Advance shall be treated as cancellation charges.
If your booking is canceled prior to between 4 and 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time and pick-up date, a cancellation charge equivalent to 15% of the booking amount or the actual advance amount received from the customer, which is less shall be applicable. The balance if any shall be returned customer's account within 10 Days.
NOTE : IF Driver Details Share then NO REFUND is applicable.
If your booking is canceled after you have been matched with your Driver/Vendor and taxi, it shall be treated as a NO-SHOW by the customer. NO-REFUND shall be applicable in such cases and the entire booking/Advance amount shall be treated as cancellation charges.
However, Tcab maintains a Zero Cancellation Policy and this Cancellation Amount shall be credited to the Customer's account.
When ever you postpone your booking due to some personal or other reasons , your booking will update according your requirement it will not treated as cancel booking. for more details you can call us 7999390115.
All the cancellation requests for the taxi package/tour package should be done via email at support@Tcab.com.
- In case the tour/taxi package gets cancelled 30 or more days before the tour date then 100% of the total amount will be refunded to the Customer's account within 10 days.
- In case booking gets cancelled between 7 to 15 days before the tour date then 50% of the advance amount will be deducted and the rest will be returned to the Customer's account within 10 days.
- In case booking gets cancelled between 2 to 6 days before the tour date then 75% of the advance amount will be deducted and the rest will be returned to the Customer's account within 10 days.
- In case the Taxi package/Tour packages/holiday package gets cancelled between 16 to 30 days before the tour date then 25% of the advance amount will be deducted and the rest will be returned to the Customer's account within 21 days.
- In case booking gets cancelled between 1 to 48 hr then NO REFUND will be applicable.
- After Sharing Driver/Vendor details NO REFUND is applicable.
Yes, you can cancel your booking trip in the middle of the journey but you will need to pay the full booking amount to Tcab. If you don't pay the estimated booking amount will I have to pay the full booking amount in such a case.

If you are eligible for refund according our cancellation policy than All the refund requests are processed within 10 Days.

NO-SHOW case means the customer avoids the trip even if everything assigns for the trip. If there is NO-SHOW from your end, i.e you are not at the pick-up location and /or your assigned driver is unable to get in touch with your registered phone/alternate number on the scheduled pick-up date and time. The driver shall wait for a reasonable period of half an hour from the scheduled booking time and therefore may treat the booking as canceled with no refund.
For a Multicity trip, the charge for the starting Day (which means a one-day running charge) would be deducted from the total advance amount
If driver details share then NO REFUND is applicable.
If cab booking is done on Urgent notice i.e within 1-6 hours of the journey schedule and canceled from customer's end, No refund is applicable.
Maybe if cabs are not available but after discussion with the customer.
No refund process is applicable on the updated ticket/revise charges.
However, if required, the jurisdiction for any kind of dispute with Tcab would be Shivpuri district court only.
